In our experience Prefab homes cost about 15% less than conventional building, take less than half the construction time, and employ more sustainable building methods. From careful building orientation to the specification of green and recycled materials, we employ sustainable design concepts and detailing into all of our work.

We provide design services from feasibility, planning, council approval, fabrication, project management to site installation. Respected and trusted, our designs are customized for specific sites and needs, and meet all local building standards and regulations.
